Wykagyl Estates is a 73-home sub-division located in New Rochelle, New York, which won the New Rochelle's Mayor's Award for Excellence.

Andrew Lasala, as one of six partners, conceived, built, managed and developed this 3-year project in its entirety, from start to finish. The firm's roles were director of construction and owner.

Wkyagyl Estates was one of the first homeowners cooperatives in the area, formed to maintain the immaculate condition of the tennis courts and other common areas.

The estates were designed so that every home contributed to the elegance, creating a well-balanced aesthetic blend of Colonial, Contemporary, Tudor, High Ranch, and Split-Level style homes.
