This renovation, designed by Diane LaSala for three phases, converted an entry-level house into a Center Hall Colonial home.

Phase I, completed in 4 months, included a new kitchen and family room extension, a blue stone deck set in concrete, and a large family hot tub. This phase included all structural elements for Phase II as well.

Phase II, completed in 6 months, consisted of the conversion of the home to a Center Hall Colonial. This conversion included a new master bedroom suite with jetted tub and frameless glass tower in the master bath, re-distribution of all 1st floor partitions, and the creation of a formal dining room, 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a laundry room, an additional 2nd story children's entertainment room, and a 2-story entry foyer from the existing first floor bedrooms.

Phase III will consist of the demolition of the existing garage, the design and construction of a new 3-car garage with a large family room above, the re-routing of the existing driveway and the creation of a circular driveway, a front portico and the conversion of existing 1st floor full bath into a powder room and pantry.
