Working with William Gromoby as the designer, Cannondale Building and Design refinished 85% of this pre-40's period house.

Matching the existing slate shingles was a customer requirement. Although it was challenging, Cannondale was able to find new slate shingles that came from the same vendor as the existing shingles.

The original plans included constructing a library with true raised cherry wanes coating, a built-in media center, a built-in computer center, and brazillian cherry hardwood floors.

Shortly after the library addition, the homeowners decided to have Cannondale renovate the living room. Eventually, the homewoners decided to move forward with remodeling the whole house.
