Customer request was to completely renovate and update an existing late 1970’s contemporary for the purpose of staging and preparing the home for a sale in September. Customer was so pleased with all work performed that she ultimately decided not to sell the house.

Work performed was as follows: replace existing original roof with new architectural shingles. This also included new copper flashing and new copper cricket. Repair or replace with new (original) Anderson Windows. Repair or replaced trim throughout exterior of home. Demolish and rebuild new mahogany decks. Re-routed and repaired damaged storm drainage system. Analyzed, diagnosed and repaired approximately 200 exterior feature and ground lights. Power wash strip and paint all exterior trim and siding. Power wash sand and clear coat all exterior furniture to match and or blend with the new decks and home.

Install new state of the art alarm system. Replaced all switches and outlets with new Decora style. Upgraded approximately 200 recessed lights with new trim rings and more energy efficient bulbs. Installed new modern generator back-up system including distribution panel. Repaired and replace with new plumbing fixtures throughout. Removed existing wall paper, patched and repaired walls and trim throughout. Coordinated with design team and stagers to come up with modern approach to color coordinating all new paint throughout house to accent customer’s antiques. Completely renovated and refinish existing cherry garage cabinets. Create new automotive storage center and apply acrylic micro chip floor.
